: How do I check the shipping
status of the books I have requested? |

If you are a
registered member, you can check the status by going to "associate zone."
Simply click the link on any page to visit "associate zone." You'll be prompted to sign in with your own ID
and password to reach your account.
If you are a non-member, however, there is no way to check your
shipping status on our homepage. Instead, we send automatic
emails to update you of your shipping status. |

: I forgot my password and
cannot log in. How can I recover my password? |

| If you forgot
your password, you can get a password hint from what you wrote
in your sign up form. Visit our "associate zone" page to do so. |

: How long does it take for
the books that I requested to be delivered to me? |

| It depends on
where you reside and the mailing system of your country. By
airmail, it usually takes a week or so, but in case of large
orders, it takes 2-3 months as they are sent by surface mail.
