  • ARE YOU A WISE BELIEVER?
    Eric Aboadwe
    • ARE YOU A WISE BELIEVER? Our Scripture reading in our new study series is taken from Galatians where it is written: “O FOOLISH Galatians! Who has bewitched you that you should not obey the TRUTH, before whose eyes JESUS CHRIST was clearly portrayed among you as crucified? This only I want to learn from you: Did you receive the Spirit by the WORKS of the LAW, or by hearing of FAITH? Are you so FOOLISH? Having begun in the Spirit, are you now being made perfect by the FLESH?” (Galatians 3:1-3). We THANK our Creator and Saviour Who satisfies us with “GOOD things”
    • GOD WILL NOT JUDGE BY WHAT HE HEARS OR BY WHAT HE SEES BUT BY RIGHTEOUSNESS
      PHILIP GENESIS BOADU
GOD WILL NOT JUDGE BY WHAT HE HEARS OR BY WHAT HE SEES BUT BY RIGHTEOUSNESS HE WILL JUDGE THE WORLD IIsaiah 11:2-3 Gossipers will be disappointed because God will not judge by what he hears. Those who work hard to bring evidence too shall also be disappointed because God will not judge by what he sees. The only evidence tooGod will be looking for is whether or not you believe in the only begotten son of God John 3:16-18
    • WHY DID GOD REQUIRED ANIMAL SACRIFICE IN THE OLD TESTAMENT?
      PHILIP GENESIS BOADU
God required animal sacrifices to provide a temporary covering of sins and to foreshadow the perfect and complete sacrifice of Jesus Christ (Leviticus 4:35,5:10). Animal sacrifice is an important theme found throughout Scripture because “without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness” (Hebrews 9:22). When Adam and Eve sinned, animals were killed by God to provide clothing for them (Genesis 3:21). Cain and Abel brought sacrifices to the Lord. Cain's was unacceptable because he brought fruit, while Abel's was acceptable because it was the “firstborn of his floc
    • THE WORD BECAME FLESH
      philip Genesis Boadu
God's word is not different from him. God and his word are the same and one. God is Spirit and his word is also spirit.  The word became fresh so that he might carry the sin of the world 1John 3:5 because in him there is no sin.
    • TIME AND CHANCE HAPPEN TO ALL
      Eric Aboadwe
We are  taking our FINAL Scripture reading from Ecclesiastes 9:11 which says: “The race is not for the swift, nor the battle to the strong, nor bread to the wise, nor riches to men of understanding, nor favour to men of skill; But TIME AND CHANCE HAPPEN TO THEM ALL.” Because the Bible is a BOOK of SALVATION, we will misconstrue its teachings if we read and study it according to the words per se. However if  we always read and study it within the spiritual and eternal purpose of God in the blueprint of the REDEMPTION of mankind, then we will be able to enter deep ins
    • Merci mon Seigneur
      Michael William Seka
Amen
    • The difference between a spirit of divination and a Spirit of discernment
      Pastor Jim Montgomerie
Acts 16:16-17. We can see a woman prophesying accurately, saying: Paul and Silas were servants of God! and their message accurately proclaimed the way of salvation. Acts explains that this woman had a spirit of divination and did not prophecy by the Holy Spirit. What we should be concerned about is the fact that everything she said was correct, but Paul wisely recognized she was a false prophet. There are way too many people out there being ruled by this same spirit of divination, but thank God there are also some of us who have the Spirit of discernment like Paul, and are able to recognize
    • Who is pleading for the country where you live?
      Pastor Jim Montgomerie
Geneses 18:23-32.   And Abraham came near and said, Would you also destroy the righteous with the wicked?  Suppose there were fifty righteous within the city; would you also destroy the place and not spare it for the fifty righteous that were in it?   Far be it from You to do such a thing as this, to slay the righteous with the wicked, so that the righteous should be as the wicked; Far be it from You! Shall not the judge of all the earth do right?   So the Lord Said, if I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare all the place for their sakes. Then he
    • God does not make compromises.
      Pastor Jim Montgomerie
Anyone who believes that God makes compromises according to their circumstances, is sadly mistaken. This also applies to anyone who should happen to lose their life even due to circumstances beyond their control. God’s written word is very clear on this matter. John 3:3,5.  Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of the water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. When Jesus spoke these words He was speaking to one of the most highly learned people of that time, Nico
    • THE BATTLE IS NOT TO THE STRONG
      Eric Aboadwe
THE BATTLE IS NOT TO THE STRONG (Part 2) Let us take our Scripture reading once again from Ecclesiastes where we are told that: “The race is not for the swift, nor the BATLE to the STRONG, nor bread to the wise, nor riches to men of understanding, nor favour to men of skill; But time and chance happen to them all” (Ecclesiastes 9:11). King Solomon who spoke the above words had a great in-depth knowledge about God’s Word, His ways, thoughts, and about how He battles, defends, and contends for the “WEAK.” Therefore when he said that “the BATTLE” is
