ប្រធានបទចម្បងរបស់សៀវភៅនេះគឺ «បានកើតជាថ្មី ដោយទឹក និងព្រះវិញ្ញាណ»។ ប្រធានបទនេះ ហាក់ដូចជាប្លែកបន្តិច។ សៀវភៅនេះ ប្រាប់យើងយ៉ាងច្បាស់លាស់អំពីអត្ថន័យនៃការបានកើតជាថ្មី និងរបៀបបានកើតជាថ្មីដោយទឹក និងព្រះវិញ្ញាណ ដែលស្របតាមព្រះគម្ពីរ។ ទឹក គឺជានិមិត្តរូបនៃបុណ្យជ្រមុជ ដែលព្រះយេស៊ូវបានទទួលពីលោកយ៉ូហាន-បាទ្ទីស នៅឯទន្លេយ័រដាន់។ លោកយ៉ូហាន-បាទ្ទីស គឺជាអ្នកតំណាងនៃមនុស្សជាតិ ហើយជាពូជពង្សរបស់សម្តេចសង្ឃអើរ៉ុន។ នៅថ្ងៃធួននឹងបាប អើរ៉ុន បានដាក់ដៃរបស់គាត់នៅលើក្បាលរបស់ពពែដែលត្រូវបំបរបង់ ហើយផ្ទេរអំពើបាបប្រចាំឆ្នាំរបស់ជនជាតិអ៊ីស្រាអែលទៅលើវា។ នេះគឺជាស្រមោលនៃការល្អដែលនឹងត្រូវមកដល់។ បុណ្យជ្រមុជរបស់ព្រះយេស៊ូវ គឺជាគំរូពីការដាក់ដៃលើនេះ។ ព្រះយេស៊ូវ បានទទួលបុណ្យជ្រមុជ តាមរបៀបដាក់ដៃលើ នៅឯទន្លេយ័រដាន់។ ដូច្នេះ ទ្រង់បានដោះអំពើបាបទាំងអស់របស់លោកិយនេះចេញ តាមរយៈបុណ្យជ្រមុជ ហើយបានជាប់ឆ្កាង ដើម្បីសងថ្លៃឈ្នួលនៃអំពើបាបទាំងអស់។ ទោះបីជាយ៉ាងណា គ្រីស្ទបរិស័ទភាគច្រើន មិនដឹងពីមូលហេតុ ដែលព្រះយេស៊ូវបានទទួលបុណ្យជ្រមុជពីលោក យ៉ូហាន-បាទ្ទីស នៅឯទន្លេយ័រដាន់ទេ។ បុណ្យជ្រមុជរបស់ព្រះយេស៊ូវ គឺជាពាក្យគន្លឹះនៅក្នុងសៀវភៅនេះ ហើយជាផ្នែកចាំបាច់នៃដំណឹងល្អអំពីទឹក និងព្រះវិញ្ញាណ។ ដូច្នេះ យើងអាចបានកើតជាថ្មីបាន លុះត្រាតែយើងមានជំនឿលើបុណ្យជ្រមុជ និងឈើឆ្កាងរបស់ព្រះយេស៊ូវ។

오늘 날의 시대적 상황은 늦은 비의 시대라고 말할 수 있다. 예수님은 이 시대에 사는 인류에게 주님의 구원의 사역의 완성인 물과 성령의 복음을 전파하기를 원하고 계신다. 지금도 많은 사람들이 물과 성령으로 거듭나는 진리에 대해 잘 모르고 있기에 저자는 이 책에서 예수님의 세례와 십자가의 연결성이 불가분 관계였다고 말하고 있다.  이 책에 적혀 있는 하나님의 진리의 말씀은 전세계 모든 기독교인들을 ‘물과 성령의 복음’ 안으로 인도해 줄 것이다.

El tema principal de este volumen es "nacer de nuevo del agua y el Espíritu". Tiene la originalidad en el tema. En otras palabras, este libro describe claramente qué es nacer de nuevo y cómo nacer de nuevo del agua y el Espíritu siguiendo estrictamente la Biblia. El agua simboliza el bautismo de Jesús en el Jordán y la Biblia dice que todos nuestros pecados fueron pasados a Jesús cuando fue bautizado por Juan el Bautista. Juan fue el representante de toda la humanidad y un descendiente de Aarón, el sumo sacerdote. Aarón ponía las manos sobre la cabeza del chivo expiatorio y le pasaba todos los pecados anuales de los israelitas en el Día de la Expiación. Esta era una sombra de las cosas buenas que estaban por venir. El bautismo de Jesús es el equivalente de la imposición de manos.
Jesús fue bautizado mediante la imposición de manos en el Jordán. Así que eliminó todos los pecados del mundo a través de Su bautismo y fue crucificado para pagar por ellos. Pero la mayoría de cristianos no sabe por qué Jesús fue bautizado por Juan el Bautista en el Jordán. El bautismo de Jesús es la palabra clave de este libro y parte indispensable del Evangelio del agua y el Espíritu. Solo podemos nacer de nuevo si creemos en el bautismo de Jesús y Su Cruz.

In other words, this book clearly tells us what being born again is and how to be born again of water and the Spirit in strict accordance with the Bible. The water symbolizes the baptism of Jesus at the Jordan and the Bible says that all our sins were passed on to Jesus when He was baptized by John the Baptist. John was the representative of all mankind and a descendant of Aaron the High priest. Aaron laid his hands on the head of the scapegoat and passed all the yearly sins of the Israelites onto it on the Day of Atonement. It is a shadow of the good things to come. The baptism of Jesus is the antitype of the laying on of hands. Jesus was baptized in the form of the laying on of hands at the Jordan. So He took away all the sins of the world through His baptism and was crucified to pay for the sins. But most Christians don`t know why Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist in the Jordan. Jesus` baptism is the keyword of this book, and the indispensable part of the Gospel of Water and the Spirit. We can be born again only by believing in the baptism of Jesus and His Cross.

Le sujet principal de ce titre est "être né de nouveau d`Eau et d`Esprit". L`originalité se trouve dans le sujet. En d`autres termes, ce livre nous dit clairement ce que signifie être né de nouveau et comment naître de nouveau d`eau et d`Esprit en accord strict avec la Bible. L`eau symbolise le baptême de Jésus au Jourdain et la Bible dit que tous nos péchés ont été transférés sur Jésus quand Il a été baptisé par Jean Baptiste. Jean était le représentant de toute l`humanité et descendant d`Aaron le Souverain sacrificateur. Aaron posait ses mains sur la tête du bouc émissaire et transférait tous les péchés annuels des Israélites dessus au Jour de l`Expiation. C`est une ombre des bonnes choses à venir. Le baptême de Jésus est l`antitype de l`imposition des mains. 
Jésus a été baptisé sous la forme d`une imposition des mains au Jourdain. Donc Il a enlevé tous les péchés du monde à travers Son baptême et a été crucifié pour payer pour les péchés. Mais la plupart des Chrétiens ne savent pas pourquoi Jésus a été baptisé par Jean Baptiste au Jourdain. Le baptême de Jésus est le mot clé de ce livre, et la partie indispensable de l`Évangile de l`Eau et de l`Esprit. Nous pouvons être nés de nouveau seulement en croyant au baptême de Jésus et Sa Croix.
