የርዕሱ ዋናው ጉዳይ ‹‹ከውሃና ከመንፈስ ዳግመኛ መወለድ›› ነው፡፡ ይህ ጉዳይ ለየት ያለ ርዕስ ነው፡፡ በሌላ አነጋገር ይህ መጽሐፍ ዳግመኛ መወለድ ምን እንደሆነና ከመጽሐፍ ቅዱስ ጋር በጥብቅ በተስማማ መልኩ እንዴት ከውሃና ከመንፈስ መወለድ እንደሚቻል በግልጽ ይነግረናል፡፡ ውሃው በዮርዳኖስ የሆነውን የኢየሱስ ጥምቀት ያመለክታል፡፡ መጽሐፍ ቅዱስ ኢየሱስ በአጥማቂው ዮሐንስ በተጠመቀ ጊዜ ሐጢያቶቻችን በሙሉ ወደ ኢየሱስ እንደተላለፉ ይናገራል፡፡ ዮሐንስ የሰው ዘር ሁሉ ወኪልና የሊቀ ካህኑ የአሮን ዘር ነው፡፡ አሮን በስርየት ቀን በሚለቀቀው ፍየል ራስ ላይ እጆቹን ጫነና የእስራኤላውያንን አመታዊ ሐጢያቶች በሙሉ በእርሱ ላይ አስተላለፈ፡፡ ይህ ሊመጡ ያሉ ነገሮች ጥላ ነበር፡፡ የኢየሱስ ጥምቀት የእጆች መጫን ምሳሌ ነው፡፡ ኢየሱስ በዮርዳኖስ በእጆች መጫን መልክ ተጠመቀ፡፡ ስለዚህ በጥምቀቱ አማካይነት የአለምን ሐጢያቶች በሙሉ ወሰደና ለሐጢያቶች ዋጋ ለመክፈልም ተሰቀለ፡፡ የዚህ መጽሐፍ ቁልፍ ቃል የኢየሱስ ጥምቀትና የውሃውና የመንፈሱ ወንጌል አስፈላጊ ክፍል ነው፡፡ ዳግመኛ ልንወለድ የምንችለው በኢየሱስ ጥምቀትና በመስቀሉ ስናምን ብቻ ነው፡፡

This title`s main subject is "to be born again of Water and the Spirit." It has the originality on the subject. In other words, this book clearly tells us what being born again is and how to be born again of water and the Spirit in strict accordance with the Bible. The water symbolizes the baptism of Jesus at the Jordan and the Bible says that all our sins were passed on to Jesus when He was baptized by John the Baptist. John was the representative of all mankind and a descendant of Aaron the High priest. Aaron laid his hands on the head of the scapegoat and passed all the yearly sins of the Israelites onto it on the Day of Atonement. It is a shadow of the good things to come. The baptism of Jesus is the antitype of the laying on of hands. Jesus was baptized in the form of the laying on of hands at the Jordan. So He took away all the sins of the world through His baptism and was crucified to pay for the sins. But most Christians don`t know why Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist in the Jordan. Jesus` baptism is the keyword of this book, and the indispensable part of the Gospel of Water and the Spirit. We can be born again only by believing in the baptism of Jesus and His Cross.

El tema principal de este volumen es "nacer de nuevo del agua y el Espíritu". Tiene la originalidad en el tema. En otras palabras, este libro describe claramente qué es nacer de nuevo y cómo nacer de nuevo del agua y el Espíritu siguiendo estrictamente la Biblia. El agua simboliza el bautismo de Jesús en el Jordán y la Biblia dice que todos nuestros pecados fueron pasados a Jesús cuando fue bautizado por Juan el Bautista. Juan fue el representante de toda la humanidad y un descendiente de Aarón, el sumo sacerdote. Aarón ponía las manos sobre la cabeza del chivo expiatorio y le pasaba todos los pecados anuales de los israelitas en el Día de la Expiación. Esta era una sombra de las cosas buenas que estaban por venir. El bautismo de Jesús es el equivalente de la imposición de manos.

Le sujet principal de ce titre est "être né de nouveau d`Eau et d`Esprit". L`originalité se trouve dans le sujet. En d`autres termes, ce livre nous dit clairement ce que signifie être né de nouveau et comment naître de nouveau d`eau et d`Esprit en accord strict avec la Bible. L`eau symbolise le baptême de Jésus au Jourdain et la Bible dit que tous nos péchés ont été transférés sur Jésus quand Il a été baptisé par Jean Baptiste. Jean était le représentant de toute l`humanité et descendant d`Aaron le Souverain sacrificateur. Aaron posait ses mains sur la tête du bouc émissaire et transférait tous les péchés annuels des Israélites dessus au Jour de l`Expiation. C`est une ombre des bonnes choses à venir. Le baptême de Jésus est l`antitype de l`imposition des mains. 
Jésus a été baptisé sous la forme d`une imposition des mains au Jourdain. Donc Il a enlevé tous les péchés du monde à travers Son baptême et a été crucifié pour payer pour les péchés.
